ACRYLIC PRIMER FOR WOOD

What

COLOR ACRYLIC PRIMER FOR WOOD is a water-based primer for wood protection, in interior and exterior. It is applied to wooden surfaces before the application of COLOR ACRYLIC ENAMEL.

Why

COLOR ACRYLIC PRIMER FOR WOOD equalizes the absorbency of any wood surface and improves the adhesion and coverage of the next layer (i.e. COLOR ACRYLIC ENAMEL). In addition, it prevents further soaking of water-soluble substances in wood (tannin).

How

Prior to application of COLOR ACRYLIC PRIMER FOR WOOD the surface must be clean, sanded and dry. Mix COLOR ACRYLIC PRIMER FOR WOOD before use. Apply it with a brush, a roller or spraying in one or two coats. Dilute with water if necessary. The primer is dry for sanding and application of the next coat after 6 to 8 hours.
